Here are some of the highlights from my fall mini sessions.  Some of these were in the rain and some in the sun.  At least we didn’t get too wet!

I had so much during this session.  Such a sweet family!!  There were so many great ones that I had a really hard time narrowing them down, so you get to see a lot more than I would normally post!!

I just adore this family!! Miranda is such a great friend and she definitely makes pretty kids!!  Since they have recently moved up to Escondido, I knew I just had to take them over to the Magic Circle for photos.  This is one of my very favorite places.  For some reason, I always end up going here in the middle of summer when it is super hot!!  Not sure why it always ends up working out that way.  At least it was nice for these photos.  Thanks for a great evening guys!!!

I am a firm believer in the concept of Karma.  When I plugged the numbers into the random number generator to pick a winner for the photo shoot giveaway, I knew karma was at work when Charlene’s number came up.

When my twins were 4 month old I hardly knew anyone in San Diego and I was a new mom stuck in the house.  I joined up with a local playgroup just to get out of the house and reclaim some of my sanity.  Charlene was the first person I met and she made me feel so welcome and assured me that I wasn’t alone.  She always goes out of her way to make everyone feel so welcome to our group.  Her youngest son is a few months older that my twins so its always fun watching them play together.

I am so happy I was able to do this for her and her family.  She has done so much for our group and all the people in it and I’m glad that karma was on her side!

I first met Mandy wayyyyyyy back in high school.  She didn’t speak English very well and we were so opposite of each other that we never really got along.  Fast forward four years to college.  I walked into my first class and she was there.  Since she was the only person I actually knew, we sat next to each other.  Ever since then, she has been one of my best friends.  She recently got married and had a beautiful baby girl.  Its unfortunate that we live across the state from each other.

This session was a going away gift for a wonderful family that is friends with my parents.  They moved to Lockwood to give their girls a chance to learn English and get a good education.  They have recently moved back to their home in Mexico.

I love watching these little boys run and play.  Not too long ago one of them was in the hospital having a brain tumor removed.  Oh, and they have some pretty cool parents too.

Boy did I have to work for my money!  Just kidding (sort of).  Things started out rough, but I think overall it was a great session.  Lockwood Photographer
